Hello and have had a self-managed real estate portfolio (35 SFR's, 1 110 unit self-storage facility) for the last 10-15 yrs but now looking to scale and expand (100+ in next 14 months and venture into cash flow streams of wholesaling and short-term arbitrage). Grateful for biggerpockets and the massive amount of resources -- look forward to giving/receiving in this big circle of investing. Hi there! I am currently JVing on a flip in Texarkana, and wondering if any of you can recommend a Title Company and/or Attorney in that area. Current Title Company is VERY SLOW so looking for other recommendations.
