Hi everyone, any chance any of you are looking to buy a vacant residential lot in the 95825 zip code? 

It’s zoned RD-30 Multi-Family Residential. 7,324 sq ft and located across of an elementary school and behind a mall area.

Hi everyone sorry for the late update. The skip tracer I was using on upwork was Anna C. But her results dropped dramatically the last time I used her so I’ve been using spokeo and nuwber along with sending direct mail. 

@Ruben Aquino if you’d like the name of the skip tracer I use to find phone numbers on upwork then send me a direct message. She’s quick and most of the numbers she found for me were working numbers.

@Ruben Aquino not myself personally though the skip tracer I found on upwork uses locateplus and white pages premium and it’s been working well. 

@Kirk Bausch thank you recommending both upwork and locateplus. It’s helped me to locate many owners! Now I just need to find a way to get them to say yes they want to sell lol.

@John Pate yes thank you I definitely agree with you on the not getting attached to any property. I guess all I can do is wait and follow up again at a later time.
