Hello BP!!!,

        I just closed on a property in Sacramento ca however all the contractors I typically use are all booked out. Anyone have a good contractor that is reasonably priced and used to working on flips in this area? If you do could you please shoot me their name and number so I can have them bid the job. Chris, I know a flipper that I've done business with before who recently became a licensed contractor. They're well experienced and I would use them myself for flips. If you don't have someone yet, shoot me a message!
