OK. Now I get it! Postlets.com Has that same feature where you copy and paste the HTML at a site like Craigslist. That's saaaavy!

Hey Matthew, Start up price for a wholesaling business varies. Most of your expenses will go into marketing and depending on what type of marketing your doing you can invest from $100-1,000 dollars.

Even if you had to work for free for someone to learn your desired field I think its still a good deal. Especially if that someone is an expert! I think that's called Internship!

Also if you guys have a long term partnership you might want to create a company of some sort. That way justifying your splits.

I require a $2,000 deposit. Although I do ask for proof of funds, If they put up the deposit 95% of the time they can close. So I don't make the POF a deal breaker.

I would just tell the Investor thanks for the honesty and move on. You may not believe it but there are a lot of buyers willing to pay you for what you do. You may have to look for them a little harder than before but they are all over the place.

That statement sums up life's achievements. Wholesaling is easy when you first get over the learning curve of learning real estate and marketing. I live by the 10,000 hour rule. In order to "MASTER" anything you must put in at least 10,000 hours towards that craft.
