We've been using 3rd party stagers for most of our stuff now so I have a storage unit FULL of all kinds of staging furniture that we used to use to stage our houses ourselves, Chairs, Tables, Pictures, Pillows, Beds, Lamps, Accessories, Ect.

If anyone in the Atlanta area is interested hit me up! We've prob got 5-6k worth or stuff in there, will sell for 1k.  It's an ALL OR NOTHING DEAL..You must take EVERYTHING in the storage unit... No picking and choosing.

The storage unit is in Marietta, there is also some stuff out our office in Marietta that you can have too.

Here are some pics of the type of furniture....

There are even a couple throw pillows from @J Scotts staging collection Shhhh... Don't tell him I'm selling them.... ;)

It's not often that we look to bring new private money investors into our fold, BUT...

Our dealflow has been pretty strong lately and we need to expand our capital base to support it.

SO... If YOU or someone you know has any cash sitting around... We've got several pretty big deals coming up around Atlanta that we need to find financing for ASAP!

My question is, do I just need one electrical permit of $175 to reconnect the power? The contractor I'm working with says I need to permits, one to update service $175, and one for temporary service $175. I'm not sure I need both but I'd like to hear how everyone else does.

Thank you!

Emily-

What city / county is in charge of the permits for this? It varies slightly around Atlanta but usually you just need one electrical permit to be pulled to get the county to inspect.

BUT....

Depending on the condition of the interior electrical, age / brand of the panel "Federal Pacific is pretty much a given you will have to update the panel, ect the county / city may require you to UPDATE those things before passing the inspection, which could run several hundred to several THOUSAND dollars depending on what needs to be done.

Is this a cosmetic rehab or do you need to pull a building permit anyways that this could just go along with?

Yes, you need a....

Or perhaps the grown up version will work better...

Either way, you gotta clear out the roots or it will keep coming back with a vengeance!

@Rick Baggenstoss may have some ideas other than renting a Bobcat, as I think he owns a small bamboo forrest too!

Absolutely!  I watched them play in the attic but couldn't get a good shot due to low lighting, very much like kittens.  I was quite pleased to find a humane solution to the problem!

Next time you need a good shot in low light...

Just be sure your roofer is on standby for a quick patch!  ;)
