What type of foundation? 

Besides dehumidifiers I've always found these to be particularly EFFECTIVE!

I also use the Apple Cinnamon version in the living areas of any rehabs we are selling. I will use the Country Cotton or Fresh Linen in basements and garages.

I will place them strategically throughout the house, hidden from view if possible.

 No that side is 1/2 way usable for storage, I like the idea mentioned above about putting hinges on them so we may try that if the homeowner would like us to add them on the other side.

To Lattice.... I can't STAND lattice! Here's an idea we used on our last project to hide the underside of a deck without using lattice, anyone else have any cool ideas?
