It's not often that we look to bring new private money investors into our fold, BUT...

Our dealflow has been pretty strong lately and we need to expand our capital base to support it.

SO... If YOU or someone you know has any cash sitting around... We've got several pretty big deals coming up around Atlanta that we need to find financing for ASAP!
