In addition to our networking session our speaker at this meeting will be Kevin Medeiros from Goodrich Lumber. In addition to his role at Goodrich, Kevin is a licensed Realtor and previously was active in owning and developing residential real estate throughout the South Shore. He will be supplying us with his insight in terms what his expectations are for the national and local economy and he will be taking your questions on topics that interest you.

The next meeting of the Colonial RE Investors Group will be held on Tuesday January 9th from 5 - 7pm at the Tavern on the Wharf in Plymouth. Our speaker for the session will Tim Angley of the law firm of Angley & Angley, who will provide insight on the latest rulings impacting real estate and investing in real estate. As always all are welcome.

This group has been meeting for a few months now and we are starting to gain some traction and grow. It's a good chance to network and meet people from all walks of the real estate business. I work with the organizer Brian Dunn and am helping him get this out to the BP community.

Have you looked into/ considered the New Bedford/Fall River areas for multi families? Thereis a ton of inventory there that could fit your criteria

@Richard Mills welcome and thanks for your service from one vet to another, definitely come to the CCREIA on the 12th. I get approached about rentals often and could use a contact in that department.

Hey Dan, There is a 4 plex currently on the market in Cotuit on Cape Cod that would cashflow nicely, listed at $350k, been on the market for about 45 days now. Email me and I'll send you a link to check it out.

Hey fellas, I'd be interested as well in getting something like this going, I'm a local realtor in the area based out of Centerville. Hey @Mike Fitzgibbons hope everything is good with you! 

I also attend the South Shore REI meet ups in Buzzards Bay as well as the meet ups at the Radisson in Plymouth. I believe the meetings from Plymouth now also take place in Wareham. If nothing else they are good to network and talk to like minded people.
