Introduction and Advice - Cape Cod Massachusetts

Hi BP Community, I have been an active listener to the podcasts the past few months and have found this platform to be amazingly helpful.

I am a CPA with 10 years experience in the commercial real estate development world. Working in Boston past 6 years. This has helped fuel my interest in Real Estate.

My wife and I purchased our first multi family deal in 2013, over time we renovated each unit, increased rents and sold the house late last year.

Joining BP in order to start learning more about the nontraditional types of financing available, especially for multi family homes. We have used FHA and conventional in the past but never private money or a hard money loan.

Many of the deals we are looking are in need of TLC, as has been the case with every house we have purchased....

Weve used the 203k loan before and that was great for an owner occupied home.

Hoping to gain more knowledge, make some connections and get some advice from a few folks who have done this a few times.

Thanks for your time.
