My 2008 goals are small. I will learn something new every week & call about 5 home owners to see if there's a possible deal.

I have looked at Godaddy for the domain purchase and hosting. About $45 a year for a simple deal, with 100 email accounts I think was incluced.

I can do the design myself.

We did you guys get your domain name and who hosts your sites?????

Thanks

I got my domain through www.namecheap.com & I got my hosting from www.rawtunez.com/ixwebhosting

I designed my own site. Was that the question that you were asking ?

In order to contact us, fill out the http://www.thebesthouses.net/sell.htmlsellers/buyers form. - but just make the word the link and of course separate the sellers buyers form links -

one for sellers and one for buyers.

continue through the homepage - make it easy for visitors to get right to the punch. no screwing around.

check for misspellings as well - i.e. "how does our "123" process WORK" not "works".

how do you plan to market the site?

I'm going to do some TV spots, radio plays, magazine ads, new paper ads & any other publication that I come across.

Overall, your site looks pretty good. Here are a few of my suggestions for improving visitor value. Please don't take any offense:

1.I'd get rid of the Name and ID number request mentioned in the body and instead use an affiliate link (if an ID # is necessary) that visitors could click on that would track click thrus.

2.I'd reconsider the (striped) background you currently have. It's a bit distracting and painful if viewed for any length of time.

3.You might want to get rid of the visitor counter in your header panel. Visitors don't need to know how many visitors you're getting (or not getting) and it's distracting.

4.Red background on your buyer/seller forms are painful.

5.Tighten up your copy a bit.

6.As wholesalepro suggested, you might want to test a squeeze page (opt in for free special report, etc.)

Hope this Helps,
Dan

Thanks. There are two ways to everything. Good or bad. I take in things as good. So I really do appreciate the time you guys take to help me out. Thanks again.

Good Luck,

Mike

Thanks

Do we have anyone else online that has formulas for apartment buildings, land, purchasing homes, etc ?

The basic formula is still the same wether you are talking about a single family home or an apartmetnt building when looking at rentals.

There is a property analysis tool avalible on the biggerpockets.com home page. http://www.biggerpockets.com/recritic.html

What exacly are you looking for when you say a formulas for land and purchacing a home?

Formulas to get a positive cash flow for the investor. And I am looking for formulas for leasing, lease to own & to buy.
