Tim, even though I am still a relatively young man, born and raised on the south side of Chicago during hip-hop's early years, I agree with this law. Its unfortunate however that it would take legal intervention to cause a person to adjust his or her fashion for the sake of common decency. Every older generation has found issue with the fads, fashion and musical choices of the youth, but this particular fad is somewhat obsene and offensive. I dont want my mom or granny standing behind someone in a line whose buns and briefs are openly displayed. This is one of those things where instead of encroaching on an individuals fashion, they are protecting thier citizens from what often amounts to indecent exposure.

This building is an incredible concept that seems simple once you watch the website video of how its made. I cant wait to go to Dubai. Maybe we can get a group together and build the first one here!!! Money aside, how difficult do you guys think it would be to build that here in terms of politics, compettition battles etc.? All that and its green too!!! Awesome!

I played a trumpet in my grammar and high school bands, so I can find beauty in most any music. This time in my life makes me like Jazz, Ambient and New Age types of music. I enjoy music instrumentals more than lots of rapping and singing. I need to think while I drive.

Great video, the white fur and hat are definitely you!!!

In these situations, the piggybacker never takes posession of an actual credit card, and so they cannot ever charge anything to the account. Two things must be noted however, first, this system is viewed by some to be a manipulation of the system than could be perceived as fraud depending on what you do with it and many other factors. Secondly, because of this happening so much, Fair Isaac has changed its scoring models so that alternate user accounts will not have as much effect on the score of the alternate user. This change took effect on 9-1-07 but may not be effective until all reporting agencies update their systems.

I am working with investors in Chicago on deals in Indy, I just closed on a few for investors and I have more contracts coming. market conditions are good for investors who may leverage current conditions to his/her advantage, its a buyers market, especially on new construction and that may open you up to some good deals. Note of advice, be careful to leave as much equity as possible in any deal you can to. Perhaps we can connect. Email me at[[EMAIL REMOVED]

Even though we are younger than many of the residents, my wife and I love Palm Springs, California. We have been there twice and we were married there on our first trip in a park that was dedicated by Frank Sinatra to the City of Rancho Mirage, which is next door to Palm Springs. The mountain views and the feel of exclusivity make it nice for us. We tend to like places that everyone else may not like so much. Look up Cap Jaluca, am Island in the Caribbean. My friend is honeymooning there this summer and it looks like a great place.

The strong and innovative investors will survive. We must study programs, talk to lenders and find ways to benefit and stay ahead of the curve. Those who do well now or stay afloat should look good when the smoke clears.

In my view, the "meltdown" will create a great buyers market as investing sellers and other sellers are likely to panic or feel like they cant afford to turn down decent, financeable offers. Buyers that are strong and sure can go in and really get some deals that they would not get otherwise.

Also, it will help to purge alot of the people who have just been trying to ride the wave created in the last few years. In the Chicago area, we have lots of people who are getting into deals and dont know all they need to know about investing.

I also agree that this will also help with rent to own deals.
