@Jeremy Dial personally I do the estimate because it takes less time. Those with less experience get someone to give you a quote.

@Raj Kaushal when buying properties sight unseen you have to buy them as if everything needs to be fixed. Do not rely on your realtor because they’re not a contractor. As investors even when we see the properties we can’t see behind the walls, we can only guess. I’d get an inspection from an inspector with a good reputation as a hard *** and then go off that. Good luck

@Riley Erisman me and Lee( my mrs) started out wholesaling but now we mainly fix and flip and buy and hold. We’re closing on a house next week which we picked up.

@Scott Lennon inventories are so low over my part of the world. It’s going to take something big to even get back to the inventory of 2017.
