Just curious what everyone thinks about the global stock markets falling and it's potential effects on the real estate market. 

I only use conventional financing right now

my bank will do 10 mortgages per person

The bank I use doesn't count my rental properties against my personal debt because they cashflow. I bought a personal residence about six months after buying a rental. You just have to shop around. Some banks need it to be rented two years and some need it rented a month.
