Alaska is beautiful! My property is in Idaho which is also beautiful. Home prices are very high in Sitka and rent doesn't seem to keep up in terms of ROI. I plan to cash out part of an old 401k to pay back my loan.

I will be cashing out my 401k at the end of the year. I want to have money to put down on multiple properties. I have only made 10% on my money in the last couple years. I know I can make more than that through real estate with a solid plan.

Has anyone ever bought real estate on auction.com. I'm watching some properties and it says none of the reserve prices have been met on any of them. If someone has any knowledge about this I would love to hear about it.
