@Michel Moubarak I am working on my site, transitioning from the car business into real estate one thing the company I work for does well is make themselves thought of for every aspect automotive. You need sales, service, repairs, or parts you can come to my dealer. I have been setting up my real state website the same way. I want to capture and network with end-buyers (since i will have my license) Investors who are looking to buy off market listings, and also those who are looking to sell there house. We have rentals, and will also have flips available for sale on the website along with any listings I acquire.

I am on IG trying to connect with realtors. I believe good connections with realtors will eventually help build a solid following,

@Ryan Battista I too come from the Car business currently working as a F&I Manager at a Infinti Dealership. My family has been real estate investing for 30yrs, I am going to make a career change. But man do I love the car business I thought about getting my own lot too.

Who is the market in Charlotte and small suburbs boarding charlotte? I really would like to get my first flip done in in the next 6months.. If my marketing campaign works out we would like to eventually get up to 6-12 flips a year.

@Corey Petersen how did you direct mail campaign turn out? What are some things that you learned, is there anything you suggest I avoid?

Working out of the Charlotte Area, I would like to target SFR with at least 3bed rooms 2 bath rooms preferably 4 bed rooms and 2.5 baths. I am curious how what criteria I should use to target these people.

I was thinking people with at least 60% equity in their homes, and maybe tax delinquencies. Anyone have any suggestions on how I could tailor this list to be successful?

In the same boat as you guys as a newbie, however I am a 3rd generation real estate investor. I have a background in sales car sales specifically. Real Estate is very similar to the car business more specifically used cars. It will be my role to expand our real estate investing business we currently have 140 units, we now want get into flips. We will be investing in Mecklenburg County. I love bigger pockets for the wealth of knowledge available and the many connections that can be made here.
