I have a business that I recently started doing work in Delaware. I have professional education in construction and have done rehabbing for 2 decades. Recently as a working foremen for company that are flipping over 100 properties a year and have done the work and run the subs. Not only was it hard to find good help, I was doing three things at a time. So I took the knowledge and started a company called Flip For You where I take your budget and maximize it for optimal profit. I know where to purchase the materials at better quality and a lot less cost. I would like to build relationships with others have the same goals, mindset and passion so we can equally grow.

There is enough for everyone. I need financing and properties to do the reno's until I can fund my own deals and eventually other peoples as well. I am in Delaware but willing to travel to south Jersey or Pa. I also have spent time in home improvement sales for different companies and can advise others on what something should cost and who I would recommend.   Looking forward to hearing a response on how to next proceed or if anyone can use my services, I am fully lic and insured

Like Eric Armstrong said, it seems like you are very experienced and chomping at the bit to get started. Although I am only lightly experienced in REI and have only a coup years under my belt, I would love to connect and see where I could potentially fit in your master plan.

Stay blessed!
