Let me know if you want to meet a few local San Diego accredited investors.

I’m killing it in Kansas City MO and would love to help others do the same. I’m not a coach and I’m not selling anything.

The last 3 meet ups I attended were horrible so I’m trying a different format.

Free booze, food and a 20 min story how I purchases 26 units in last 12 months with $10k month positive CashFlow...closing on 27 more in 10 days.

@Amanda Swain

Step 1 go to a morgage broker or a credit unit and get pre qualified for a loan.

Knowing how much you qualify to purchase will help

I purchased 3 multi family buildings in the in the last 12 months.

Im looking for a recommendation for someone in Kansas City Mo area to do a few cost segregation studies.

My other question is does the person need to be local on can anyone throughout the us do it? Does the engineer walk the building.

@Jairo Castaneda-Gomez

I bought condos back in 2009 and I have been selling in the last 12 months because everything I bought has gone up 100%+.

It’s just my opinion but I don’t think this is a good time buy in San Diego. I gave up trying to make the #s work because the returns are much better out of state.

Let me know if you know is a multi family broker in Hemet.

Our story is very similar. I have 27 doors in Kansas City and I’m under contract for 27 more....

Congrats!

Let’s connect.
