For me it's tracking/managing; response rate, list management (sending follow up letters to those who didn't respond), as well as which marketing got them to contact me. Tristan

I listen to it as soon as it comes out. So mostly the drive that morning.

As for length it's a podcast, by definition they are on demand. Any time you have had to cut anything short for a "time format" seems silly to me. If it takes me two days to finish a BP Cast that just means one less day till I get to hear the new one!

Let the subject matter / your available time determine how long it can go. That being said, I would be very sad if they went under 40 minutes.

Keep up the awesome content it will only drive more people to our community .

Hi I'm a new investor out opt western mass and I can't seem to get a clear answer to this question.

Is Massachusetts a title company or escrow state. I want to get this part of my team covered. Having the assignment / double close, preformed smoothly and as professionally possible is very important to me.

Any answers to my question would be very helpful, thank you for your time.

Hey everyone! I put out my first 100 (650 total, 100/week) yellow letters last week. I got an 11% response rate so far!!!!

Now here comes the fear. I’m not sure how to start the call (build repoire) or manage the conversation, to test for motivation.

Can anyone offer me any tips tricks or tactics on how to start the conversation, as well as how to build repoire. My big worry is that they will only want to talk about how much I will pay for the house. Before I can hear more about them and their situation.

I have been putting these calls for about a week now, I’m so close to my dream and this has got me frozen. I Have to make these calls today I hope the support and advise I get today gives me that last bit of confidants.

Thank you all so much for any help!

Hello everyone!

I am just starting out in my real estate investing career, with wholesaling. I’m trying to fine the best REIA club; we have none in Springfield, MA. The nearest club in state is located in Worcester which is a completely different city/market more than an hour away. I also have a club in Hartford, CT; they are about 45 minutes away. I understand that this is the best way to network; as well as start your power team. I was just wondering if anyone had any advice or thoughts. I have not completed my first deal yet; I’m very excited too! I’m still building the foundation for my marketing. I work retail full time and I’m on a shoe string budget for marketing.

Thanks for any advice you can offer!
