Hi @Kaylan Field - Congrats on the new property!  Have you had a chance to look at places like furnishedfinders.com?  That way you can rent it in on a short term basis, but can remove the cleaning and turnover worries that you'd have for airbnb?

@Kim Hud Have you checked out FurnishedFinders.com yet?  They're kind of like AirBnB and VRBO but marketed toward travelling professionals.  No personal experience with them, but I've heard good things.  May be worth looking into!

With America's aging housing, there is more and more need for renovation financing, and it's Cola's goal to make sure every home buyer and investor out there knows that this opportunity exists. She started her mortgage career in 1973 and worked on the operations side until 1983, when she became a Loan Officer. She's very knowledgeable about VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, with a specialty in renovation loans, including the FHA 203K, Limited and Standard, the FNMA HomeStyle Renovation loan, and the VA Renovation Loan. Currently, in her role as Vice President of Renovation Lending, she works diligently to keep their Loan Officers up to date on changes in the renovation financing world and to educate the real estate community.

She also started an educational Facebook group called Private Lending Lessons which offers weekly educational lessons, daily posts for discussion, and opportunities to network with other investors about private lending, and various projects that may need funding. Alex is passionate about financial education and independence for female investors and military spouses. Alex has worked as a hard money loan broker and a conventional mortgage broker for several years. She is currently a chemistry professor, teaching for a four year school online and a VA Certifying official.

I think you'll have a lot of luck meeting fellow investors by going to some local meetups (when they start back up again).  That helped me TREMENDOUSLY when first starting up for investing!  And congrats on getting your real estate license!  Are you becoming a full time agent?  Or are you getting for your own deals?
