With America's aging housing, there is more and more need for renovation financing, and it's Cola's goal to make sure every home buyer and investor out there knows that this opportunity exists. She started her mortgage career in 1973 and worked on the operations side until 1983, when she became a Loan Officer. She's very knowledgeable about VA, FHA, and Conventional loans, with a specialty in renovation loans, including the FHA 203K, Limited and Standard, the FNMA HomeStyle Renovation loan, and the VA Renovation Loan. Currently, in her role as Vice President of Renovation Lending, she works diligently to keep their Loan Officers up to date on changes in the renovation financing world and to educate the real estate community.
