Here what you do, go to the window manufacturer site. Print out the manual or instructions. All window company do. Reschedule for inspection. If he fails you show him the print out. If that don't work then ask. What am doing wrong and ask politely what he recommends. If that don't work call supervisor and ask for inspection by the senior. Seniors inspector are mire likely to explain. Good luck

If this is for rental laminate is best because it is cheap and durable. It also easy and cheap to replace.

Don't go to oakley, the commute to sf is really bad. Walnut creek is a great city but expense and bart works.

Contact the water company and see if it is possible to add a second meter and what is the process. Adding another line is simple and easy if it is all dirt.

I read about the market crashing ir turning down because Chinese investors are getting sued from china for taking a loans and running away to Canada.

Hello I been a member for 7 years. But this my 2nd post. I always wanted to get into real estates but never has the funds. I was lucky to purchase a house during the down turn and now sitting on equity i plan to open a helc and start investing. I hope to run in members at the meet up and learn a whole lot. I quite weary about a real estates turn down again. But im start investing in my education from bp. Thanks bp and i enjoy your pod cast.
Can anyone point me to resources about contracts for wholesaling and other types of deals?
