Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie RE investor looking to learn from the vast community on BP and hopefully also start contributing towards it....I am currently actively exploring out of state turnkey properties with a few providers. I am also looking to join  any RE forum here in San Ramon (East Bay) California. If anyone is aware of any active RE forums in this area please let me know. Thank you.
