Brent Paul If there cracks in the mason walls and located in the basement it could be a big problem. You will have leaks and later walls to be out of plumb if it continues to move. You check the walls that are sitting on it and see if they are level. You should check the floor to see if you have any uneven spots. In california we can them cmu and are filled with rebar and concrete in layers.

Chris Low i think stucco is around 5 to 7 sqft and depends on the texture. So 900x6 $5600 I say you call a contractor and ask him how much per sqft do you charge for stucco. Most can give you a close estimate before even coming out.

It depends on the dolor scheme you are using in the house. The trend right now is gray neutral. Check houzz for painting ideas. But alotnof folks like the look of wood beams so i would paint it all black. I would try a contrast color scheme.

u@Katrina M.

I think it comes down to the building code in the Usa

Which break down material in to geography zones.

Example: florida high winds, or california high fire danger.

Then it comes down to cost and if the material is listed and acceptable to be used in building.

Darren D. Ngo The cost i am using are base off of permit valuations. Most contractors understate valuation for the permits . So i tend to add on about 10 to 20 to the.Valuation of a construction job. question to you. What it be possible for you to make up a list of the cost to build something. Sample how much would it cost to pour concrete and rebar for a foundation residential. 100 per linear feet? Etc How much does it cost to frame a house per square footage or four linear feet? How much does it cost to put in drywall do you count by sheet or by feet?

Katrina Malyn The most common type of roof or shingles which have pitch 4/12 or greater. Most homes built in with light frame construction build in the 70 80 90's use 20 year shingles. Most flippers buy older homes. It is about time for these roofs to be replaced.
