Ryan Dossey I am considering wholesaling but since I am new, my issue would be making sure I understand laws and that i am doing things the correct way. I feel like if I get a real estate license that hopefully I'll be able to analyze deals and property ARV better. Do you agree and what other benefits do you think would come along with a license?

Is it a good idea to take out a loan to purchase a property just to sell it or even if I wanted to rent it out?

In wholesaling is it best to find properties that are fully paid off? Because that's what I'm thinking or otherwise it would be considered a short sale if the owner sells it for less than what's owed on the house. Am I correct?
