Is there any possible ways for me to purchase a property that is very cheap and foreclosed even if I don't have the money to pay for it? All I really want to do is buy it and sell it quickly.

Michael Lee thanks for responding. I actually appreciate the long message because I am new and I know nothing. I will keep my job as I try to enter the real estate business but of course my goal is to give up my job eventually so I can put more time into real estate. Do you think it is wise for me to call a number off of those "we buy houses" signs to maybe see if I am able to get assistance there? If you're willing to help then I will definitely appreciate that. I know there is only much you can do being in Texas but any readings or videos that you feel I need to check into just let me know. I have a lot of questions and I know some of them may seem like common sense questions but I just don't know the answers.

Hey everyone my name is Tavaris, I am new to BP and I am trying to get more involved with wholesaling. I've been watching webinars, reading articles, and taking notes heavily and thought I'd join so I could connect with more experience professionals in this field and someone that could get me on the right track. I'm in Greenville, SC but wouldn't care where the help came from. If anyone is willing to help please contact me.
