Hey Milwaukee investors!

I’m seriously considering picking up a duplex in Milwaukee’s Shorewood area. It’s in good condition with room for improvement. Each unit is nearly 1k square feet. There are 2 separate entrances, each to its own unit.

I’d love to learn more about the possibility of condo’ing this duplex. Has anyone done that? Where can I learn more about the possibility?

Thanks everyone. The gal was supposed to check-in in about 10 days and she got a full refund. I totally believe her reason, I’m just selfishly upset because it was an 8-night booking and now I’m really down on profit for the month. 

@Bob Malecki did you sell the  6465 N. 58th St property? How can I get on your list or in your network to be aware of other properties you look to liquidate down the line? 

Hey everyone! For those of you who operate Airbnb’s— I’m curious what your cancelation policy is?

My very first Airbnb went live a few weeks ago (in Milwaukee) and I chose the most “strict” cancelation policy because I really don’t want my calendar to fill with bookings only to have frequent cancellations right before guests are due to checkin. But curious to know what’s worked for others?
