Thanks for the feedback!!! I have been researching the REIA in my area to find out about the meetings, look forward to going to them and meeting everyone, I would love to find a mentor, I really need the hands on, I need to actually 'see' the process to understand it more so than just reading about it, all the information is wonderful, just seeing it in action helps too.

Hi my name is Tammy!!! I am very new to REI arena, I am interested in wholesaling to start out, at least I think I am!!! I work full time and need to start out on a part time basis and be able to do things sooner and with less money and the wholesale side seemed to fit. I welcome any and all advice!!
