Newbie in the Triad area of North Carolina

Hi my name is Tammy!!! I am very new to REI arena, I am interested in wholesaling to start out, at least I think I am!!! I work full time and need to start out on a part time basis and be able to do things sooner and with less money and the wholesale side seemed to fit. I welcome any and all advice!!
