iIrecently went thru this 1 night, 3 day wkend seminar earlier this year. one night will offer the 3 day for 2 ppl @ 199.00. The 3 day was very informative, as I am new to REI, but yes they try to sell you on the mentoring courses, ranging from 15,000.00-25,000.00. They are all still very active in the REI business, the staff you meet, for a new beginner it could be worth it to them. I did not have the money to invest in this course, glad I didnt because I would not have found this site, it offers pretty much any information you need at little to no cost, if you want to purchase any of the books offered as good info then that would be your cost to be on this site. Everyone here is very eager to help!!! I still have alot to learn but I know I am in the place to do so!!!

I am waiting to hear back from an atty so I will be sure to find out about the land needing to be a separate deal.

Glad to know about the exemptions!! And I definitely will be looking into a servicer, especially since I am out of state as well.

I knew had had seen something about the SAFE act (i think) and was not real clear on what this was, if it was something that would need to be addressed as well?

I need to do an owner finance, asap, have not done one before, what do I need to make sure i don't overlook?? I am in NC and my double wide is in TN, my brother is currently renting from me, 3 yrs, but he is interested in owner finance because of his credit right now. I was wanting to see if there is someone that can give me some quick tips on what to make sure I have covered on my side of this. Thanks for your time and advice!!!

I hope to visit Germany this August to see my son and his family in Bitburg, he is in the AF out of Spangdalem(?),,I am very new to this also and I have been doing alot of reading as well, hope to attend an REIA in Greensboro in April.
