Hi Everyone. My name is Christine, my husband is Thom. We currently have 8 rentals and are planning to get 2 more withing the next 3 years. If things were to fall into place, I'd love to do my first flip by the end of the summer. I'm thrilled to have found this networking site and can't wait to learn more, make friends and share our own experiences.

Welcome to the forum! I'm excited for you about the upcoming flip! Owning rentals and flipping houses are both exciting in their own way, but flipping takes the cake I believe!

I work for a company down in Gastonia and we flip about 15 houses per year both for us and for investors. It's really exciting.
