@Sunny Burns I personally think that it's a great effort. It has the human personal touch which we are lacking in this information age (everything is about AI and machine learning).

Aside from this, I find that statement from @Account Closed is funny but quite true about women being more approachable. It's the same thing here in Malaysia

@Francisco Escobar I would think of keeping the property as it's bringing you passive income. Selling a property comes when you have a bigger passive income that can replace it.

@Cody L. thanks for the breakdown of payment type. But you have to know, some tenants don't understand the calculation of energy and time. They would prefer conventional ways to pay the rent. But at least they are still paying ^^

U can just try those 2nd hand garage sales. I would still prefer the face-to-face approach just so I can feel the fabric of the furniture that I'm buying.
