I can relate to Jay story, I was honestly considering joining his program, however to be blunt with you you don't really need Jay or any guru program Jovante you are here at BP . Not only a place to learn but also a place to network with other REI ,and so much more. Please do not waste your money on information that you can get it here for free with support. You can use the money that you considering giving these gurus on investment and build your empire. If I'm not mistaken, Jay walks you through for a piece of your profit. That would of been ok if BP was not in existence. straight up you don't need no other platform for real estate investing besides BIGGERPOCKETS, and no Josh or Brandon is not paying me. I don't even know them personally. Remember Jay is a hustler, he may not be slinging that Larry love but he is still a hustler. By all means get all you can get from Jay because he is smart and sincere , however your money will be better spent here for a fraction of 1 of Jay course.. Better yet to put my money where my mouth is I'm signig up for a pro membership on 7/16/15. Good advice, also scent can add some type attraction for example ( Fresh bake cookies ) especially if you trying to attract families. You can get a scent  sheet connected to your vent and when you have ventilation system operational, a light scent of your choosing can circulate through out the home. Lavender scent is known for putting people into a relax mood,Perform your due diligence to find out which scent goes with your marketing.

I'm going to give it to you straight, just like other BP members have already.  I'm going through similar situation at the very moment with my wife. " JUST DO IT" she will benefit from what you doing now, just make sure you cross all of you ts and dot all of your I. DO NOT GO TO YOUR GRAVE WISHING THAT I  SHOULD OF, COULD OF, WOULD OF. Robert kyosaki books are great to get you into the mindset of real estate investing. There's gem in his books but his books are more motivational than educational. I'm actually reading his book second chance as I'm posting, and it's nothing to write home about. I must admit Robert Kyoasaki created that shift in my life to where I wanted to become a successfull real estate investor, but my true education come from BP, and the books BP and some of its guess recommends (J scott books are awesome, Brandon Turner books, the BP how to guide , etc) you are in the right place to receive  the correct information in order to become a savvy real estate investor
