New Investor in Atlanta
Hi all - I've been listening to the podcasts, and reading the blogs for about a month now, so I figured it's a good time to dive in! I plan to invest full-time, since I don't have a need to work, and am open to strategies but resonate best with flipping since the idea of being tied to a property long-term by being a landlord isn't as appealing. Not just in Atlanta (though that's where I'm based) but in other states and regions as well.
I was formerly an investment banker at a top tier Wall Street firm, so I'm very optimistic about learning a lot and being successful in the real estate investments realm. Excited to dive in, continue to learn all I can, and add value while gaining some valuable knowledge and expertise.
