im just wondering has anybody else enroll in the jay Morrison academy if so why when I enrolled for the free 30 day trial nothin appears or no actual lessons are shown?? It also won't allow me to login as a student any ideas??

I can relate to Jay story, I was honestly considering joining his program, however to be blunt with you you don't really need Jay or any guru program Jovante you are here at BP . Not only a place to learn but also a place to network with other REI ,and so much more. Please do not waste your money on information that you can get it here for free with support. You can use the money that you considering giving these gurus on investment and build your empire. If I'm not mistaken, Jay walks you through for a piece of your profit. That would of been ok if BP was not in existence. straight up you don't need no other platform for real estate investing besides BIGGERPOCKETS, and no Josh or Brandon is not paying me. I don't even know them personally. Remember Jay is a hustler, he may not be slinging that Larry love but he is still a hustler. By all means get all you can get from Jay because he is smart and sincere , however your money will be better spent here for a fraction of 1 of Jay course.. Better yet to put my money where my mouth is I'm signig up for a pro membership on 7/16/15.
