If you are interested in networking with other investors in our area (who invest around the country as well as locally), I have a Meetup group, Real Estate Rocks, that meets regularly in person in Nassau County.  We have men & women of different ages & levels who invest locally or out of state, all are welcome. It’s not a sales funnel, no sales pitches, just an informal meetup. We had a great meeting, thanks to Paul and Pam Landman of PMI Lighthouse Property Management who presented on property management and answered our questions on the topic

I have access to some very helpful databases as well, although the definitive last word should be the listed owner in the County Clerk's office.

I did not enable paypal only because paypal made it too difficult to see what their transaction charge would be
