Hi Yashank -

It looks like there is a virtual event for Lake Norman tonight posted under Network - Events.

@Jared Lomker - add South Africa, Fiji and New Zealand to your list of must see places!

I also LOVE to travel and LOVE tennis.  I love both playing and traveling to tournaments.

CrossFit and Peloton (#SOSclt - for other riders) are my fav weekday outlets

Going out on the boat and spending time at the beach with my family.

Hi Zach - I would love to be part of this.  I am 42 and just getting going but looking to scale rapidly.  Right now I have a property with partners in Charlotte and this year I added LTR in Clover, Short term rental in Ocean Isle and working on a Brrrr in Belmont.  I am motivated, driven and would love to connect and push others toward our goals.

Hi David - I agree that the areas you mentioned are really pretty different in size / culture / job market etc.  Deep dive a little more to see what would be a good fit for you since that is a big move.  I am in Charlotte and love it.  It is hard to get cash flowing rentals here but there are some great house hacking opportunities.  Additionally there are some very great suburb areas that are so close to Charlotte and have good rental markets.  Check out Mooresville, Gastonia, Rock Hill, and Belmont.

Just checking in on fellow Brunswick Co owners to see how you fared in the hurricane.  We have two houses on OIB and fared really well considering.  Just some water damage and loss of items in the storage room and landscape rearrangement.   The water level lifted and moved massive timbers around.  Water levels were up about 18" on our canal home and more than that on 2nd St.

My husband is there now and 4 more houses on Concord St caught fire last night.  :(  He suspects electrical issues from wet golf carts under the houses but that is not confirmed.

My GC is in Charlotte and finishing up a house for me in Clover and I have sent him to listings in Gastonia. I am not sure how much experience he has with Rock Hill.

He is awesome.  I will message you his info.
