Hello. Did you end up using "We Lend"? I'm considering them and wanted some insight into their process and how your experience went.

I want to buy a rental right now but concerned that I might struggle to get renters. Anyone have any experiences or thoughts on that likelihood.

I understand that closing and doing inspections are still happening for the most part and that repairs shouldn’t be an issue but I’m no sure about getting tenants. 2nd question is if you get tenants are they going to be trying to avoid rent payments?

3rd if that happens how would y’all handle holding a new property with no rents?

I have my bachelors degree in psychology and proud of it however I would have to agree with most in that you definitely dont need your degree to be a real estate investor.

@Angie Taggart can you explain how you used the construction loan? Was that what you used for the rehab? And you used private money for the purchase?

@mark dreher Hi, for your rental properties in Cleveland do you still use Mike Azzam? Also is he very helpful with finding properties or everything else, or both?

I have an interested buyer, after inspection he requested some small repairs so working on that and hopefully I can close with them. I was unable to get the refinance, due to I used credit cards for my part part of the deal so my debt to income is really high until I sell.

Side note I did use "Fund and grow" to get the business and personal cards I used. It worked well but the situation I'm in now is the only downside

@Luis Vaca yes I got the photos done professionally. They are light years better than they were.
