Are new renters still looking During Covid outbreak
I want to buy a rental right now but concerned that I might struggle to get renters. Anyone have any experiences or thoughts on that likelihood.
I understand that closing and doing inspections are still happening for the most part and that repairs shouldn’t be an issue but I’m no sure about getting tenants. 2nd question is if you get tenants are they going to be trying to avoid rent payments?
3rd if that happens how would y’all handle holding a new property with no rents?
