We use Mike Azzam. Apparently we can't put email addresses in our responses but if you message me, I am happy to share it.

Also, I am putting a fund together to invest in Cleveland if you are interested.

Hey Mark, We also Use Mike Azzam and he is awesome to work with. We are out of state investors from California and have purchased twelve rentals with Mike. He is extremely professional and genuine and will keep you away from areas and properties that he feels are bad. Let me know if you need any further information that I can help you with.

@mark dreher Hi, for your rental properties in Cleveland do you still use Mike Azzam? Also is he very helpful with finding properties or everything else, or both?
