Pro Electric - Blake 727-834-9999 or 352-239-2281

If that doesn't work, Thumbtack and Angie's list have been great ways to source a vendor.

Thanks much!

I need an electrician to fix an exposed wire on this condo rehab before it can be insured for closing in a few weeks. Looking for licensed, bonded, insured.

I have a 2/2 condo in South Tampa that needs a reno. Bones are good, but hasn't been updated since the 80s. Will need floors, kitchen, bath, windows, a bit of electrical, and likely some other odds and ends.

Who can you refer me to?

Does anyone have feedback for me on Universal or Edison property insurance? Especially if you've had to file a claim?

Quote from @Stephen Dispensa:

Are you looking for new or used? There's a Famous Tate's on Henderson that is kind of like a factory/outlet store, however I don't find their pricing to be particularly better than the big box stores.

Generally I've found the best deals on medium to high end appliances can be had by buying at Home Depot or Lowe's on Holiday Weekends as they tend to have sales.

If you've got some rental units you just want to put some used or refurbished appliances in, there's a bunch of shops on Nebraska. I use them all the time.

Most likely new, I'd like warranties. Thank you for those tips!

Any recommendations for an appliance store in central TB? Maybe a factory/outlet store?

Less than 30 day rentals are not allowed in St. Pete due to zoning. Any condo that allows STR is going to be very hard to find due to bylaws around insurance.

I am looking to be moved in by the end of the month; the sooner, the better! Thanks for the response!

My potential opportunity in South Tampa wouldn't be ready by then. Good luck! Let me know if it gets pushed back a month by chance.

If the potential in the south is around 30-40 minutes from Westshore, I would like to hear more details about it. Thanks!

There's a possibility I may have a room for rent 5 miles/12 minutes from Westshore. Hang tight though, details being ironed out.
