According to Forbs, Tampa is in the top 10 for investing in the US.  Hence it is true that the inventory is in high demand and desirable locations go very fast.  We pre prep our buyers so that they are able to make the move when a property becomes available.  A lot of out of state investors have found it desirable to invest here as well.

Tampa has been rated one of the top places to invest.  I wanted to know with people who are currently buying or want to buy.  What are your experiences and how are you finding your deals.  Everyone has different opinions about "a good deal", well I want to know, what do you consider good numbers?
