Is there such a thing as a cash investor who wants to be hands off and let the money work for them?  Someone said that to me and I was like that wold be like hitting the lotto...lol

Hello I'd be happy to help you if you were in the Tampa Bay Area.  I had a friend there but he moved to the Tampa Bay Area. We have a lot of good guys here. I also have properties in the area to fix and flip and I know a finance company.
