J S I've come to one conclusion, Tim will be restless until we call his idol A GENIUS. I think until we come to terms w/ that and satisfy him that favor we won't end this charade here.

Happy Tim? Can you answer to J S now what you've been dodging for weeks?

Wow Tim, is that the best you can come up with? My oh my, sic transit gloria mundi....

Now find me one where in a round about, tim's interpretation kinda way I call him an idiot. Let the twisting begin...

Do you really think inflation will get that bad?
200-400% seems like a heck of a stretch.
I do see it going as high as 75% though

Yes, short sale, I'll give Tim the credit for this term.

It would be in their best interest, and even if they had legal standing to do so, they wouldn't do it for various reasons. First of all, they can't do that to their best customer, where would they find another one that spends so much? It's better to recoup half, than nothing.

And lastly, we already established the inflation WILL BE outrageous. Beyond that: 75, 100, 200, 400% is just semantics.

Yes, I stated in a different thread that US will pay its debt soon after the inflation will reach 2-3-400%. And that won't be long, considering all the money (currency) being "created" (printed).

And that China, although it knows that full well, has little to no better alternatives to this "short sale".

And I happen to believe Eddie (on the previous page) to be right on the money. Get in all the debt you can now (responsibly) because in a few short years you'll be able to pay that with pocket change. Of course, that's only my opinion (and Eddie's)

So the SNOPES site does not have enough credibility to prove that false? Not to some of us, anyway... and the msnbc board is more credible?

P.S. I read someplace the Earth is FLAT. And there are lots of people convinced of that also.

No, but the conspiracy link on the discussion board sure proves it. And the Hal guy? Outstanding citizen!

This looks more and more like a discussion w/ Tim...

I hate to point out the obvious, but do we have anything else to go by other than a link to a discussion board? Nah, a conspiracy theory could not flourish in there... could it?

I'm not dismissing it as untrue, I'd just like to see something more tangible...

Oh that's right - It was J Scott and Eddie who used the term idiot, while you used the terms "average" and "madness". So not an "idiot" but somewhere between average and insane. Lumping you in with those who thought of him an idiot was clearly a mistake on my part. *cough*

Tim you're bluffing again... where did you come up w/ "average"? From J Scott by any chance?
OK, this is not fun anymore, but rather disappointing

Tim, I'm calling your bluff same way J Scott did. Find a message of mine where I call Bush an idiot. I only said that he deserves a lot more credit than he's given and someday hopefully he'll get all that he deserves, preferably in Geneva. Now, in the good tradition of YOU, take and distort this...
