@Blair Poelman Thats what I looked into, they tried sending me a sample and I needed a special program to even look at the sample so i wanted to see what other local investors were doing! Thank you for the insight!

As we have started marketing in Utah we have used a couple different sources to get our list to market to through cold calling or direct mail.  I was looking into buying access to the Salt Lake County Records for a lump sum instead of having to deal with list source or other third party providers. Has anyone used the county for their lists? We are used to using Property Radar in California but they do not go into Utah!

We have been using several different VAs to do our cold calling for us for about a month now, and they are not producing, their dials per hour are always off and we cant seem to find out why.  Do any of you use VAs to  Cold call for you? If so where do you find them? and what have your results been.  We are not happy with ours.

You can try Hootsuite to auto All of your social media posts. We use it for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.  We are still looking to automate alot of our business but at least with Hootsuite you can schedule out posts you have created in advance.

Thank you @Eric Gardiner @Blair Poelman @Jason D.and @William Hochstedler I have done all my business in California and now I am moving into Salt Lake City and this is a new problem! I lost a deal the other day over sqft thank you guys so much for this input!

I have come across 2 properties in the last two weeks in Salt Lake where the owner has said that the property is one size and Zillow has said it is significantly smaller than what the owner says! Has any one else run into this problem? If so what else do you use to check the SQFT of a property in Utah Or Salt Lake City?

We have a lead that has their tenants on a month to month lease in Bountiful Utah! We want to wholesale the property and the majority of our landlord are Flippers, not buy and hold people.  So what is the legal amount of time that the tenants get to stay in the house when they are given a notice? 

I wish I would have checked this a little earlier! Because I went to the exact thing you said! I met some cool people to add to my buyers list but I wasn’t really welcome because I was not apart of the group

What is the best Real Estate meet up in the Salt Lake Valley? There are so many and I am only here for a short amount of time so I would like to meet as many people as possible!
