@Brandon Goldsmith it’s still so bad over there as far as crime. Not sure if house hack.

I’m really curious if anyone is house hacking in the hilltop area or is it mostly out of state investors buying and holding.

@Rory Coyle it’s dangerous over there. I lived there at one point. Drove around today to see the action and it’s just bad bad bad. Be careful investing here. There’s a nice pocket by west gate park that’s good.

I'm no expert but I do have friends and family in most of the lower income areas in Columbus.  South Linden is far behind and probably last on the list.  Anything south of Hudson is tough for rentals.  At least for now.  Longterm for sure
