House hacking in Columbus Ohio hiltop
I’m really curious if anyone is house hacking in the hilltop area or is it mostly out of state investors buying and holding.

I know some people that have house hacked in Hilltop. You can pretty much cover your entire home payment with the other side of a duplex. I know some people that also buy a single-family house and rent out the extra rooms.
