You are right, the interest is at 8.5%, but with SDIRA all cash flow goes right back in to IRA. So what makes more sense ?

I am investing in a multifamily syndication and looking for opinions on whether to make a contribution out of my SDIRA or use a HELOC ? Would be interested to hear pros and cons.

Hello fellow investors, I would like to start a conversation about Worcester and its surrounding neighborhoods. Although I have lived in Boston for many years, I am not very familiar of Worcester and very interested in learning more about  this up and coming market. If you've been investing in Worcester area, what is in your opinion are considered to be class A, B, C and D areas. What do you think are the best neighborhoods (low crime, good schools, able paying tenants, close to transportation, shops, restaurants, etc.) and which areas you would stay away from ? 

Is anyone looking for section 8 tenant with high FICO score, excellent rental history and good references in and around Irvine CA ?

I have a section 8 Tenant with good rental history looking for a place to rent around Irvine CA. Please let me know if you have anything available?

@Marc Globensky I totally agree with you that buying fourplexes no longer pencils out. If however, you find a cash flowing deal, would you continue investing in Killeen area? 

There is not much going on there but a single army base...
