@PT can the seller financing the deal 100% plus closing costs etc. and all fees? of course if he is willing to.

@PT everytime i mention no money people always tell me well you need some money or little money. I think $5,000 is not not little money to me.

@WG investing only works when you bring a lot of money to the table.

how can i finance my first deal if i have no money?
