@JK I did read the forum start-up page but I am still confused. I am interested to start off with I guess it is called wholesale is that getting the seller to sign over to me the contract and I assign it to a buyer for a fee.

I, too, am brand new to this business. I am getting discouraged and overwhelmed at all the information to study and learn. I hope I can survive until that first deal comes along. Any advice is greatly. appreciated. Also I am as broke as a church mouse.

@ WG I am also a new rookie in town just getting my feet wet. I need all the help and advice from the experts on this website. So step by step ways to find motivated sellers and cash buyers plus profit making properties would be appreciated.
