Hey @Steve Bebek. So you need insurance for your STR? Do you need insurance for a stay that covers what you stated?

Not sure exactly what you are looking for.

Try Foremost, Proper or Cbiz.

Proper would be a good choice that is the most comprehensive, but of course due to that they're expensive. You would need to see if they cover the Ocala area as well, since some parts of FL they don't insurance.

Hey Steve, I actually grew up in Ocala. Tower hill tends to be the cheapest option in Central Florida and they insure all of my properties. I know they allow 2 night minimums, not entirely sure about pets. I would be glad to connect you to the insurance broker I use.

I’m working with Johnson&johnson and amwins right now. Hoping for a better quote from amwins. I also just submitted with proper to see what they can do

Fortress Insurance is worth getting a quote from - they are fast, responsive, and insure a lot of STRs. FYI - I have no personal connection to them but they haver insured a lot of deals I have funded.
